Serve up an adventurous flavor profile with this bold, savory-sweet beverage. Fitz Cold Brew Coffee meets a smoky corn syrup with a touch of heat for a unique iced coffee option that sparks curiosity and repeat orders.
Corn Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients

  • Fitz Cold Brew Coffee
  • Corn Syrup:
    • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
    • 1 tbsp Cayenne
    • 3 qt Water
    • 3 qt Sugar
    • 8-10 ea Corn
  1. Roast corn with salt and pepper. Shuck off the cob.
  2. Boil the syrup and spices with the corn.
  3. Let the syrup rest 24 hours. Strain out the corn.

Directions

For Drink:

  1. Add Fitz Cold Brew Coffee and Syrup together
  2. Garnish with cut cobs of corn

For Syrup:

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cool and strain.
